The Institute has over 400 computer systems in 9 fully air-conditioned programming, graphics, Linux, database, software engineering, Communication, Internet and network laboratories. The labs consist of most advanced P-IV systems with Windows NT/2003, Windows XP/2000 professional operating systems. Separate Linux lab with dual OS is available with advanced Networking facilities.

All the labs are LAN connected with licensed software packages related to latest global techniques. 24 hour 2 Mb Broadband Internet and MULTIMEDIA Facilities are provided so that the students can develop and sharpen their technical skills. . Students have opportunities of working on live projects received from reputed national and international companies. Recently Institute has tied up with hp (Hewlett-Packard) which provides rigorous training to the students on latest IT technologies and also helps them for the recruitment.

The department constantly strive for enhancing the career prospects of the students and develop their overall personality by conducting various technical events like ZEPHYER (Annual Technical Fest). Besides routines lectures and laboratory courses taken by the faculties, experts from industry and national level institutes are also invited to deliver lectures on specialized topics.

Department of Science and Technology , Government of Rajasthan has not only approved but also funded department’s project on Robotics which was developed by the Pre final and final year students under the guidance of the department. Many more projects are in pipe line. Department also promotes its students for participation in National Level competitions and students have won first prize in many National Level competition.
